Setting up a Wurlitzer can require hundreds of tiny adjustments. Once all of the hammer assemblies have been adressed and conditioned, manipulation of the strike line, escapement, reed bar, and reshaping of the reed's weighted end, are all steps we take in achieving the ultimate wurlitzer tone.
